Today is a gorgeous day in Radom. The sun is shining, the temperature is in the upper 70's or low 80's, and a gentle breeze is blowing. Today is also beautiful for another reason. We all gathered at the river this morning to witness the baptism of two of our sisters in Christ. It was a blessed experience that brought tears to many of our eyes. This little church family rode bikes, took buses, and drove cars way out into the countryside to support and bless these two women who have chosen to give their lives to Christ. We worshiped, prayed, witnessed the baptisms, and then enjoyed a kielbasa barbecue lunch. There were few lawn chairs, no bathrooms, no blankets to spread and sit on ... just a river, grass, and grill, and many believers gathered together for rejoicing and fellowship. It was a blessed event.

Dan and Tom are now at Marysia's finishing up some construction work there before they begin working at Edyta's on Monday.

The rest of the team is resting before we go to the church for a 'cafe' ... basically, a 'coffee house' we're presenting for the people who attended the English classes. We'll be singing, playing games, and eating American treats we brought along with us. Some of the Polish ladies are in their kitchens right now preparing the pre-made brownie and chocolate chip cookie mixes we brought for them.

We're looking forward to a great evening!
