Saturday Evening & Sunday

We had an amazing evening last night at the 'coffee house' that was presented by our teens. The people who were at the English Camp came to the church 'room', which the youth group had set up beautifully like a cafe. Many of the attendees had never been to the church before, which is in a small room on the 4th floor of an old building. It really looks nothing like a church, except for the body of Christ and the Spirit of God who meet there together. We played games, sang worship songs (led by Brittanie, Alex & Caleb), listened to some Poles' testimonies, listened to Brittanie sing, and listened to Caleb sing some of his original compositions. It made me cry to watch everyone sing, "Wake Up for the First Time in Your Life" and "Amazing Grace/My Chains Are Gone" together. The relationships that have been built this week, the seeds that have been planted, and the harvest that is already being reaped for the kingdom of God is truly inspiring. I could write a book about the joy I feel inside right now, but we'll share all the stories for later when we arrive home.

Today we are going to church, then to a picnic at Marysia's home, and then to feed the homeless. It will be a full day but one that we'll rejoice in once again. We are all amazed that there are only four days left for us here in Radom. Our hearts are bigger, our faith is stronger, and God has been extremely faithful to meet all of our needs.
